Q: What is Shareware? How does it work?
A: Shareware is a "try before you buy" system for selling computer software. From our web site, you may download full versions of all the software products we sell. Once installed on your computer, these programs will give you a free trial period in order for you to evaluate the software and see that it meets your need. After the trial has expired, you may either uninstall the program, or purchase a registration key from us to unlock the program for unlimited use.

Q: So what exactly am I buying?
A: When you make a purchase on our web site, you are buying a Registration Key for your copy of EasyImage software. Once entered into the EasyImage program on your computer, you will have unlimited use of that program for as long as you wish to use it.

Q: Will I receive a copy of the program in the mail?
A: No. We do not ship you a copy of the program by mail, nor do we charge you for shipping when you make your purchase. All of our programs can be downloaded for free on our web site.

Q: What if I lose my registration key?
A: Your registration key is what you are paying for when you make a purchase from us. As such, it should be treated just like any other item you might puchase online or at a store. Keep it in a safe place, and Do Not Lose It! If you lose your registration key, you will need to purchase another one in order to re-install your EasyImage software at some point in the future.

Q: Is it safe to place my order online?
A: Yes. When you use your credit card to purchase products on our Web site, rest assured that your transaction information is transmitted over a secure connection. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator (versions 2.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above), and AOL (AOL 3.0 and above). This technology safeguards your personal information.
